How does Tactical detect AI agents?

We classify every session at the edge using user-agent patterns, IP signatures, request behavior, and known agent fingerprints. Detection runs in under 50ms and keeps up with new agents (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI, and others) as they ship.

Which platforms are supported?

Shopify is live in the App Store. WooCommerce ships in the next few weeks. For everything else — custom storefronts, headless setups, BigCommerce — drop our JS snippet into your <head> and you're live.

What does the snippet collect?

Anonymized session metadata: user-agent, page URL, referrer, and product context. No PII, no cart contents, no customer identifiers. Aggregated and purged on a 90-day rolling window.

How fast does data show up in the dashboard?

First event typically lands within 60 seconds of the snippet being live. Classification, intent scoring, and product attribution happen in real time — refresh and you'll see it.

What happens if I exceed my session limit?

Nothing breaks. We continue collecting and showing data — you'll see a banner suggesting an upgrade to the next tier. We never sample, never throttle, never block your storefront.

Can I cancel anytime?
